Once Upon A Rewrite

Can a helpless book character take control of their fate? Yes. 

The protagonist of the story you are writing has had enough of you determining her life in a way she doesn‘t want it to be.

The princess decides to enchant YOU into your own story. While you get to feel her anger, can the two of you agree on changes on the book or will you now be lost in the fairytale forest forever aswell?

The game contains 5 different types of puzzles and a large fairytale forest with a cabin, an old church ruin and a magic old tree. In addition, a professional voiceover was made for the voice of the princess. There's a lot to discover. <3

This game was created as a 4th semester project of the htk academy SoSe24.

I used Unreal Engine, Reaper, Blender, Photoshop, FMOD and Substance Painter for the production.

Music and sounds are used from the sound libraries of WeLoveIndies and Epidemic Sound. 

The ground textures are by Jairo Alzate on artstation and 3dtextures.me.

For the logo I used textures from freepik.com. 

The voiceover was made by Dallyn Brunck on Fiverr.
